Crystal Bowl Sound Immersion with Jennifer Demarco and Anthony Jerome is a deep relaxing and restorative experience. The session begins with guided healing breath meditation that centers you before the sound immersion. Jennifer plays 7 crystal bowls that are attuned to the 7 chakras, chimes and tingsha. Jerome uses the wind gong, ocean drum, native drum and chants mantra. These are just some of the growing number of sounds used.
Bring your own mat. One or more blankets and pillows for cushioning on a hard floor. Bring your own water to stay hydrated.
